The ductless Mini-Split offers a portable remote that controls the hot and cool air control via temperature control functionality on the remote.  Keep in mind that the temperature function of the MiniSplit is via within the zone area of the house or building that your ductless system is installed only.  This means that you cannot control your ductless Mini splits in your car for example.  Furthermore, an added benefit to your Mini Split unit is that if you ever lose or damage your remote 
control that the remote controls are easily replaceable.

Ductless Mini Split systems are high in efficiency and easier to install as compared to the conventional central air units.  The installation of an ductless Mini Splits are easy to clean and maintenance.  Most ductless systems only need a diameter of three inches of a hole to be created in the wall.  This three inch hole that is in diameter will provide an passage for your copper lines that will connect from the  indoor blower and the condensate hose. 

All three lines will be ran to the outside  unit; the compressor.  The licensed HVAC/ Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning certified technician that will be installing the system is required to install your MiniSplit system in order to have your warranty honored via the manufacturer.  The HVAC contractor would check the copper lines for pin holes, leaks, make sure there are no discrepancies while during the installation process. 

A lot of older foundation based homes, businesses and structures do not have additions built extra space for central air units.  There has been more demand for Mini-Split ductless systems which leads to lower pricing for these cooling and heating systems.  For the HVAC licensed contractor, it would take around four to no later than 5 hours based upon the application used and customer's set up/ infrastructure etc. for the installation to be complete.

Benefits with decor and esthetics with mini split systems are that with smaller size, the ductless mini split unit can be placed in just about any environment, including home or and business.  The mini split indoor unit nor outside unit is not too bulky or unpleasant to the eye. The LCD remote that comes with the ductless mini split system provides a nice compliment to the system and is small in size where the remote is not bulky looking at all either.
