This is one of the most common problems that a user can find an air conditioner,  water leaking. Tools required: Screwdriver, replacement coil drain water hose, nozzle.

Use the screwdriver and remove the screws that secure the lid of the box. Remove the panel. See where water and condensation is formed and drains. To see if the drain coil is damaged. If so, then it should be replaced.

First you need to clean the drain in the tray and remove the water. A coil clogged or dirt and debris can be the cause of an air conditioning unit that drips. Clean the unit with a water hose with a nozzle. Use moderate pressure. Do not wet the mechanical and electrical parts.

Now put the panel back housing. Test the unit. Turn it on and let it run for a while. See if the computer is still leaking. If so, then you must send the unit to a professional.
