Ar Condicionado Split 18000 BTUs – Control Air Valves.

The gates in the lines of a house as valves are used for controlling the air flow. The dampers are used to equilibrate the system of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. A balanced system is more efficient and more comfortable. Although much of the work of balancing an HVAC system is when components are selected and the duct is installed, it is important to use the dampers to adjust the system. 

Split 18000 – Locating Duct Dampers.

These are usually placed in circular ducts arising from a rectangular trunk. The regulator will have a small joystick attached with a wing nut. When the lever is parallel to the duct, the damper is fully open, and when the lever is perpendicular to the duct is completely closed.

18000 Mini Split – Adjust the Dampers. 

To make a room warmer (assuming that the HVAC system is in heat cycle), opens the gate supply that room, and to cool, close the gate. You may need to slightly loosen the wing nut before moving the gate.

Split 18000 Air Conditioner Heat – Heating Cycle.

Mark the position of the dampers. Once the system is well balanced for the heating cycle, use a permanent ripper winter mark the position of the gates. You probably need to change the positions of these when you balance the system for cooling season.
