Split Hitachi Features – Compressor and Condenser.
The compressors form the core of commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This component pumps the coolant such as freon gas from the air conditioning evaporator. The capacitors in commercial systems are mounted on the roofs of buildings. Capacitors can be evaporation units, land-cooled water cooled or air cooled.
Split Hitachi – Expansion Valve.
The coolant flows in liquid form from the condenser to a metering device, such as a piston, a capillary tube or an expansion valve. Air conditioning systems are highly efficient expansion valves. Expansion valves allow a specific volume of refrigerant leaking depending AC system capacity.
Split Hitachi Air Conditioner – Evaporator Coil.
An evaporator coil distributes cold air throughout a building through pipes and ducts. This component removes heat from the structure, which allows cold air to circulate without resistance. Evaporator coil outlet water vapor air conditioned and sends it to drain. This process reduces the amount of humidity in the air. The coils require regular inspection and maintenance to preserve its effectiveness.
Hitachi Split System – Air Conditioning Filters.
The air conditioner filters remove contaminants from the air. A dirty filter reduces the efficiency of operation of the refrigeration unit, which may lead to higher operating costs. The filters have a rating of one to 12. The higher the rating, the more pollutants such as dust, dander, pollen and mold, you can remove the filter. Most manufacturers recommend replacement of the commercial filters every 14 days.
